• My true wireless earbuds have no sound:
First check to see if your device has bluetooth capabilities. Turn this on and turn your earbuds on by (pressing in a button / switch etc). The earbuds will go into pairing mode (flashing lights)
• My true wireless earbuds will not connect to my device:
Navigate to your Bluetooth settings menu on your Bluetooth device, tap "audeeo......" and select "Forget". Now follow the steps to pair your device again.
• My true wireless earbuds have no power:
Recharge your earbuds using the included micro USB cable or USB Type-C cable.
• My true wireless earbuds have poor sound quality:
Make sure the earbuds are properly charged and within range of the smartphone / device (within ten meters).
• The buttons on my true wireless earbuds are not working:
Turn the earbuds off and reconnect after a few seconds, make sure the Bluetooth function is activated on your device.
• My true wireless earbuds will not charge:
Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the charging case. Make sure the charging case’s battery is fully charged with the provided USB cable. Make sure no dirt or debris covers the charging conductors on the case or earbuds.
• One true wireless earbuds will not connect to the other:
Power off both earbuds by pressing the multi-function button for 4-5 seconds. Then power both on by holding the same button for two seconds. The earbuds will connect automatically.
• I believe my true wireless earbuds are faulty or defective:
audeeo products are designed and engineered to the highest quality standards. If you believe your product is faulty and or defective, you may submit a claim and provide us with proof of purchase from the original dated receipt up to one year.
